Ginkgo Biloba
It is difficult to tell whether this is an real contender or not in the memory supplement area. Phosphatidylserine
Some natural sources: Chicken breast, (with skin) pork, beef, white beans, Atlantic mackerel,tuna. And the food with the highest Phosphatidylserine content. . . Bovine brain, yummy!
Other benefits: As with Omega 3 oils, Phosphatidylserine may help improve mood. Also it could be a great supplement for athletes as it has been shown to help with recovery and muscle soreness.

Without going into the details of how exactly these vitamins help increase memory abilities (or at least decrease the rate of loss in memory function) we just list those natural sources that might benefit you in the battle for memory enhancement.

Making sure the you have a well-balanced diet is one of the most important things you can do to help your memory ability, there are a thousand and one products out there that will tell you that their product is essential but to my mind, they are simply supplementing things that you could just as easily blend into your diet anyway. Worse still, there are many supplemental memory related products out there that simply do not work or are not proven to work.
